Ordering 

When a customer has generated an online order for a product they wish to buy, our sales team will be in touch with you within the next 24hrs to re-confirm your order before we make any final money transaction.This service is to make sure once more that you will be satisfied with the product chosen and, that it best suits your application. This confirmation call will also let you know if the product is in stock and in the event that we currently do have the item you ordered in stock we will advise availability of the next shipment. We always encourage all customers who are able, to come down to our showroom and test out any product before they decide to purchase. If customers are not able to come to our showroom and are buying online, we would then highly advise each customer to thoroughly do their research before making a decision and even talk to one of our technical sales experts before purchasing the product online to make sure it bests your application. This will avoid any cognitive dissonance once you receive the product. 

 

Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information 

Your orders can be viewed anytime on our website.

You must be signed in to your online account, then simply select the "My Account" button located in the top right of the website at all times. The "My Account" section will allow you to view any current or previous orders and update any important personal or shipping information. If you do not have an account you can sign up at any time to then be able to access any downloadable purchases and update all of your personal and shipping information.

 

Shipping & Delivery 

Online orders will be shipped within 24hrs upon receipt of payment.

Online orders will be shipped mainly through Australian Air Express and Australia Post.We will not directly ship goods to any PO Box's. A home is business address is the required field for any online order that is to be shipped out. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days in metro cities areas nationwide for items under 5kg. Anything over 5kg usually takes 1-3 days on the Australian East Coast and 1-9 days for customers in South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. If you have not received your order in the listed timeframes please contact our office during business hours to resolve the matter.

  

Returns & Replacements 

All online orders are final and will not be exchanged or refunded due to any personal agenda or simply because you change your mind. This includes (colors, shape, size, smell, feel, sound or country of origin.)

Any customer who has received a damaged or faulty product must notify our office within 1 day of receipt of the goods.

All faulty goods will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and will either be replaced or repaired by the respected manufactures. 

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions 

Orders may be purchased online securely through; VISA, MasterCard, American Express (3% surcharge), Pay Pal (3% surcharge) or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Alternatively we will accept a Money Order mailed to: The Lamba Group - 432 Liverpool Rd - Strathfield South - NSW -  2136. Over the phone on (02 9758 8888) during business hours using the following methods only; VISA, MasterCard or (Amex - 3% surcharge) 

Pricing on all of our products and shipping may be subject to change at any given time and without any further notice. If you have any concern about the pricing given online please raise the issue with our customer service representative and we'll be happy to resolve your concern. When taking advantage of a promotion, please read the restrictions and promotion Terms and Conditions. If your order total does not seem to reflect all the promotion benefits, you may want to review the specific promotion's restrictions. To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period.We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer. Orders shipped to multiple addresses are also not Eligible. Free shipping is also occasionally available for specific products. Offers will be indicated on each relevant product detail pages
